Introduction

Research in kinesiology and leisure studies requires a multidisciplinary approach. This guide offers several sources -- both online and in print -- that will give you a good starting place. It includes:

  • Reference sources, in print and online
  • Academic databases by topic
  • Books and websites
  • Information on citing source

If you have questions while working on an assignment, contact the Kinesiology librarian Jesse Saunders. His contact information is to the right.

For a historical perspective, here's a video from the University of Chicago from the 1940s (public domain).
